About Mary Catherine

I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and complex trauma. Throughout my career, I have provided clinical treatment within the context of inpatient psychiatric facilities, community mental health centers, state hospitals, and county jails. My background and experience gives me unique insight into the mental health system, which I in turn use to shape my clinical practice. I am passionate about helping individuals heal from relational trauma by using attachment-based therapy and EMDR therapy. I also specialize in providing diagnostic clarification and individualized treatment for individuals who have been diagnosed with a mood disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.

Pricing and Fees

The cost for an individual therapy session is $200 per session. I am considered an out of network provider, which means that I do not directly bill insurance. I can provide you with a monthly “Super Bill” which you may submit to your insurance company. If you would like to discuss this further, we can review this process during our initial consultation call.
